VIDEO: "Unexpected" Violent Riots Break Out at Caribbean Day Festival in D.C.

With what is happening nationwide now I don't think anyone should think this is "unexpected" anymore.

Glenn Beck Vs. The Mob

Of all the details surrounding the liberal mob attack on Glenn Beck and his family in New York's Bryant Park last Monday night, one element stands out. "No, it won't be like that, Dad," his daughter said when Beck questioned the wisdom of attending a free, outdoor movie showing in a New York park.

People who have never been set upon by a mob of liberals have absolutely no idea what it's like to be a publicly recognizable conservative. Even your friends will constantly be telling you: "Oh, it will be fine. Don't worry. Nothing will happen. This place isn't like that."

Liberals are not like most Americans. They are the biggest pussies on Earth, city-bred weaklings who didn't play a sport and have never been in a fight in their entire lives. Their mothers made excuses for them when they threw tantrums and spent way too much time praising them during toilet training.

I guess I could have finished that headline after the word clueless and been accurate, but I try to stick to each example of the complete ineptitude, incompetence and complete fecklessness of our President and his clown car of advisers. We should perhaps simply be thankful that O is going to stop listening to the muppets running around the West Wing and simply follow his own towering intellect. Somehow the fact that we will be trading incoherent incompetence for coherent, or at least single-minded, incompetence doesn't comfort me much. Woo, it is tough to even get to the lead of this rant on one of the the multiple complete goat screws perpetrated by these guys this guy. Anyhow.

A Kind Word and a 2X4

This is the Land of the Free and the Home of the Brave. Whisper the truth in this brave, free land, and they call you a bigot. Suggest the obvious and you are a fascist. Welcome to my nightmare.
We give cash money, free medical services, food stamps, free housing, and utility subsidies to the poorest class of society, as a payment for producing welfare babies, usually illegitimate. Those who pay the taxes for these services-the workers-must first pay their taxes and then pay retail prices for goods and services. Welcome to my nightmare.

Incredible that a 15 year old American made this video.
That is true HOPE, to know we have teenagers here
with this much honor to fellow Americans.
I just wish we had more adults of the same sort.

"There Is No Plan B"

"There Is No Plan B"

The Flash Mob Attack - How To Defend?

Four simple rules for surviving if you find yourself in the wrong place at the wrong time.

COLUMBIA, SC (WIS) - All eight suspects are in custody after a brutal attack in Five Points early Monday morning which left the teenage victim in critical condition, according to Columbia police.
CHICAGO, IL (WLS) -- The recent series of mob-style attacks on Chicago's Near North Side mark the first major hurdles facing Mayor Rahm Emanuel and Chicago's new police superintendent Garry McCarthy. The latest attack happened Tuesday night. A witness tells WGN 15-20 teens beat and robbed two people at Chicago and Wabash
AKRON, OH -- Out of nowhere, the six were attacked by dozens of teenage boys, who shouted ''This is our world'' and ''This is a black world'' as they confronted Marshall and his family.
NO. VIRGINIA -- Three people were beaten by mobs in Northern Virginia in two separate incidents that occurred within five minutes of each other on Saturday night, authorities said.
These events have consumed the discussion at most self-defense focused websites in the last few weeks.  Accompanying the discussion is the usual hand wringing regarding what to do if one is beset by a gang of thugs bent on your destruction. Well, I have my views on this which will no doubt shock the senses of the Doodley Doo Rights of the gun world.

Look Who Wants to Lead the Middle East!

In the absence of U.S. leadership, others want to direct the Middle East. The battle is becoming a competition of radicals to run the region. That’s what happened in the 1950s and 1960s and it isn’t good. Then, the competition was between Egypt, Syria, and Iraq. Today, the contestants are Turkey, Iran, and a radical Egypt, with Iraq and Syria sidelined due to internal issues. Meanwhile, the Saudis have been forced to take over leadership of the remaining moderate Arab states (the Gulf sheikdoms, plus Morocco and Jordan) since they can no longer depend on America for protection.

Conspiracy Theory With Jesse Ventura - Apocalypse 2012
In Conspiracy Theory 2012, with Jesse Ventura, we learned that the U.S. government is still engaged in the building of massive underground bunker systems. According to Ventura, one of the largest has been built under the new Denver airport. In fact, the US government is reportedly building so fast and so widespread, that private contractors in the bunker business are having a difficult time obtaining necessary equipment and supplies to continue their developments. Does the US and European governments know something we don't
know? If they are preparing for their own survival (not yours) shouldn't you be doing likewise?

The US Government Is Prepping For Unlikely Events Like War, Catastrophic Collapse of Society, and Even Asteroids – Are You?
Your run of the mill prepper is likely stocking up on food, water, SHTF gear, guns and ammo for any number of “doomsday” scenarios that may occur – be they natural disasters or man-made catastrophes. Often times, those who take emergency preparedness seriously – especially longer term preparedness – may be depicted in the media, and perhaps by neighbors, friends and family, as “a little out there.” If they’re not being told to do it through their normal information acquisition channels, chances are that those around you don’t believe it’s real or even possible, thus they take no action, other than to maybe vilify you for your thoughts on the matter.

Get Out of Urban Areas
There are a whole host of events that can bring the world as we know it today to its knees. From a hyperinflationary economic collapse to an electro magnetic pulse originating from the sun or a nuclear weapon , there exists a real and present danger that our system may, in the near future, experience unrecoverable shocks to the power grid and clean water infrastructure, a halt to just-in-time agricultural transportation systems and a collapse of the currency exchange mechanisms that make the economy function.
US Representative Roscoe Bartlett (R-MD), lived through the great depression, so he’s seen how bad things can get. In a new documentary, Mr. Bartlett and others discuss the dangers posed to those living in cities and ways that your family can survive if the worst were to ever happen.

Free North Carolina: Great post exculpating the supposed evil of capitalismThe Constitution did not have to "mention capitalism". The term was not in common use then. The Constitution was devised to protect the rights of the individual by limiting the power of government, in contrast to the left's progressively accumulating government power at the expense of our rights. Individual freedom under the Constitution made our prosperity possible.

The government did not "give" land away 100 years ago; it allowed for the claiming of unowned land in an orderly manner. That was stopped at the beginning of the Progressive era when the unowned land in a large portion of the country, primarily the west, was put under permanent, socialist control of the government.

The Metaphysics of Contemporary Theft

Reflections on the Redistributive State
I think the public would react in two different ways to the above occurrences — and such a dichotomy explains a lot why the nation has never been more divided.
A majority would believe the thieves took things for drugs, excitement, or to buy things like an iPhone or DVD, rather than out of elemental need (e.g., the thief hawked the chainsaw to purchase the family’s rice allotment for the week). In this view, contemporary American crime arises not so much then from Dickensian poverty, as we see in South America or Africa, but out of a sense of resentment, of boredom, from a certain contempt for the more law-abiding and successful, or on the assurance that apprehension is unlikely, and punishment rarer still. After all, Hollywood, pop music, the court system, and the government itself sympathize with, even romanticizethose forced to take a chainsaw, not the old middle-class bore who bought it.
The remedy to address theft would be not more government help — public assistance, social welfare, counseling — but far less, given that human nature rises to the occasion when forced to work and sinks when leisured and exempt. I don’t believed my thieves have worked much; instead, they figured a day’s theft beats tile setting or concrete work beginning at 5 AM.

Afghanistan is making undeniable progress, but it could all unravel

Afghanistan is making undeniable progress, but it could all unravel

Shouting at an oak tree will no not make it grow faster, and ignoring a sapling in this desert will leave it to die. An acorn was planted in 2001, and we mostly ignored it for more than half a decade while our people fought so hard in Iraq. Today, that acorn is a scrawny, 10-year-old oak tree that was so neglected until 2010 that it nearly died. Its skinny branches are still so weak that a sparrow dare not land, and while we focused on Iraq, the enemies here stayed busy nibbling away at anything green. Yet over the past year of extra care, there are clear signs of life and new growth.
Meanwhile, our enemies here are being monkey stomped. The rule of monkey stomping has never changed. Don't stop stomping until the enemy stops breathing. This enemy has earned respect for its courage, resilience and will-not-quit spirit, but there is only so much it can take.
At this rate, the Graveyard of Empires, the Undefeatables, will need a new advertising campaign. Our enemies here are turning out to be the Almost Undefeatables. The many good Afghans want to move forward. They want their kids, boys and girls, to see better days.
The bottom line is that there are unmistakable signs of progress in Afghanistan, and Gen. David Petraeus is about to make a very important recommendation.
His judgment should be trusted.

Articles: Confession of a Reluctant Tea-Partier

Articles: Confession of a Reluctant Tea-Partier

In the Soviet Union any mass expression of public sentiment was by definition a fraud. To participate in a demonstration of any kind meant a complete waste of a perfectly good day. All organizations got their quotas to provide a certain amount of bodies to march through the town celebrating state holidays. Being a child was no excuse -- I remember taking part in an annual May Day demonstration as a 10-year-old member of an ice-skating girls' group. The sacred duty of any self-respecting citizen was to avoid being drafted at all costs. I could not imagine that intelligent people could spend time and energy coming to a rally of their own free will.

Wonderful, The Germans rehabilitated a killer.

German Court to Free Woman That Killed US Soldier

BERLIN -- A German court decided Friday to release a former Red Army Faction terrorist that was involved in a murder of a U.S. Soldier in 1985 and a deadly bombing at a U.S. military base.
Birgit Hogefeld's parole request was granted after serving 18 years in prison because of her "positive development," Frankfurt state court said, noting she finished a college degree through distance learning and started to work on a Ph.D.
She was serving a life sentence for her role in the attacks. A 2008 court ruling had found that Hogefeld could only be considered for parole upon completing 18 years of her life sentence in prison given the "severity of the crimes" she committed.
Hogefeld was a member of the leftist Red Army Faction terrorist group, which emerged from German student protests against the Vietnam War.
The terror group waged a violent, 22-year campaign against what members considered U.S. imperialism and capitalist oppression of workers. It killed 34 people and wounded hundreds of others before declaring itself disbanded in 1998.
At her 1996 trial, the court found Hogefeld guilty of luring U.S. Army Spc. Edward Pimental of New York City out of a disco near Mainz in 1985 to obtain his military ID. He was later found shot in the head in nearby woods.
In 2007 and 2010, then President Horst Koehler rejected requests for clemency from Hogefeld.
The ID card was then used to get a Volkswagen sedan packed with about 530 pounds (240 kilograms) of explosives onto the U.S. Air Force Rhine-Main Air Base as people were arriving for work the next morning.
Airman 1st Class Frank H. Scarton, 19, of Woodhaven, Michigan, and Becky Joe Bristol, a civilian Air Force employee from San Antonio, were killed by the blast and more than 20 others were wounded.
Hogefeld was arrested in 1993 and was later convicted of murder in the deaths of Pimental, Scarton and Bristol.

RAPE OF GERMAN WOMEN: After Germany lost the Second World War

Millions of women victims raped by Russian soldiers during the last months of World War II. Anthony Beevor's book "Berlin -- The Downfall 1945" documents rape by Russian soldiers. "Beevor's conclusions are that in response to the vast scale of casualties inflicted on them by the Germans the Soviets responded in kind, and that included rape on a vast scale. It started as soon as the Red Army entered East Prussia and Silesia in 1944, and in many towns and villages every female aged from 10 to 80 was raped." The author "was 'shaken to the core' to discover that even their own Russian and Polish women and girls liberated from German concentration camps were also violated." Until recent years, East German women from the World War II era referred to the Red Army war memorial in Berlin as "the Tomb of the Unknown Rapist."
These mass rapes were one of the greatest crimes against women throughout history. Rapists were mainly Red Army soldiers, many of them - non-white soldiers from the Asian republics of the Soviet Union.. However, unfortunately, it must be said that many rapists, were American soldiers. They certainly behaved like animals, but they had official sanction. The European women of those nations that had been allies of Nazi Germany were targeted too mass rapes were one of the greatest crimes against women throughout history. Rapists were mainly Red Army soldiers

The Most Important Post in the History of the Internet

Now, I know when people have crazy in their brains, it is really impatient to be let out. Still, you need to teach your crazy to wait and make sure you are actually listening to and understanding what you’re responding to. Like if someone mentions when Hanukkah is this year and you respond with a rant about Jews controlling the banks, you’re not actually having a sane person conversation. You’re just reacting to words someone is saying, which, despite the similarity, is leagues different.
Now, this is really advanced hiding-the-crazy. In fact, it’s at the borderline of trying not to look crazy and actually not being crazy. If you can actually read and understand what non-crazy people are saying and still keep your own crazy, that’s a really advanced state of crazy you’ve achieved. Be proud.

It Can't Happen Here?

Take into consideration the weakening of America, the ascendancy of China, the fact that China practically owns our nation (in the sense that the .gov is monetarily indebted to it), and the very real fact that China, a country that killed somewhere around forty million of its own people (See for some estimates)  within the lifetime of many people still living, is going to need an ever-increasing supply of resources in the next few years.  Think.

Add to this the fact, or even the possibility, that our nation is heading towards a cliff, brick wall, or oncoming train, as inexorably as any other of nature’s laws and consequences, and the possibilities / potentials are, well, they are.

As my friend said, “Sorry for the nausea, bro.”

It makes what happened to Jose Guerena look pretty mild, in some respects.  Keep in mind that the nation, the mindset, the national temper that has led us to accept the murder of Guerena, and thousands of others, is also leading us to accept American decline.  I’m not talking about the end of American imperial meddling and hegemony; I am talking about social, political, societal, and economic weakness, systemic, and reaching to the core of our nation.

It makes the criminal actions of our oathbreaking elected officials all the more serious, all the more consequential.  It puts the actions taken by officials, elected or not, in a whole new light.

See, I don’t know what “collapse”, or even a slow fade into obscurity will bring.

Depression?  Probably.

Hyperinflation?  Maybe.

I think "the economy", while a concern, is not the worst of our problems right now or in the near future.  A "nation" is should be more than an economy.  Americans are should be more than consumers.

Internal Conflict?  Our medicated, reality-denying nation is tiptoeing on a hair trigger on many, many levels.  We are perhaps as divided as we have been in a long, long time.  We are Balkanized, even now.

War?  Here?  Elsewhere?

We fool ourselves and are vain if we think that “progress” has immunized us to the possibility of yet another total war.  I can refer you to the same vain conceit expressed in the years just prior to Archduke Ferdinand’s assassination, and the start of WW 1.

We fool ourselves to thing that the first stages of a total war will resemble the crossing of the Maginot line, Pearl Harbor, or the breach of the Molotov-Ribbentrop pact.

We humans are experts at devising ways of weakening and killing each other.  Not all wars begin with tanks rolling across a border, or bombs falling from the sky.

The world is getting smaller.  Resources are thin.  Our nation is being weakened by forces within and other forces, now outside of our control.

When you think of what is being brought upon this nation by the irresponsibility, oath breaking, and ignorance of those who would be our masters,  keep in mind that “hard times” for this nation could be more catastrophic than any of us can comprehend.

Who, prior to the American War of Secession, envisioned the slaughter to follow?  Manassas for a battle-side picnic.  Many of them were the “intelligentsia” of the day, many of were from D.C.

Who, prior to WW1, "The Great War", envisioned the horror?  Not the politicians who set the stage for a war that was at once entirely avoidable yet completely inescapable.  Hardly any of western civilization, at the time both educated and culturally rich, saw what was coming.  For more background on the war, the hubris surrounding it, and its causes and history, see The Guns of August, The Pity of War, and The Proud Tower

And who, in post WW1 Russia, including those who fought against the Whites with the Bolsheviks, foresaw the purges in which many of them would suffer and die, at the hands of those they put in power?

Who, prior to WW2, had any clue what the children of those who fought The Great War would have to endure in Europe and the Pacific?  The Origins of the Second World War is a good book among many on the subject, especially if one is willing to look past the traditional fifth-grade America-centric textbook analysis of the war.  In retrospect, some (myself included) see WW2 as having been, again, inevitable in many ways, after the chain of events Versailles put into motion.

Mao?  Pol Pot?  Bosnia?  Countless others…

It’s always the same.  These were not random events, random occurrences that came about, suddenly, out of a vacuum.  These people, these regimes did not come to power in a vacuum.  I believe that events happen as a result of what has gone before, and that the past, to an extent, does play a large part in the future.  Events that spiral out of control do so only after the conditions that enable them to become right.

These conditions are being solidified here in our nation, in our world, in our time.  Right now.

We always think “it can’t happen here”.  But it can.  If not “here”, then where?  “Somewhere else”?

Not Treason?

In 2009 it was revealed that the ruling Labour Party had purposefully flooded Britain with several million immigrants, without consulting its citizens, in order to socially engineer a “truly Multicultural” country. The huge increases in migrants over the previous decade were partly due to a politically motivated attempt to radically change the country and to “rub the Right’s nose in diversity,” according to Andrew Neather, a former adviser to Prime Minister Tony Blair. He said mass immigration was the result of a deliberate plan, but ministers were reluctant to discuss this for fear that it would alienate the party’s “core working class vote.”

Immigrants in Birmingham

Lord Glasman — a personal friend of the Labour Party leader — in 2011 stated that “Labour lied to people about the extent of immigration… and there’s been a massive rupture of trust.” He admitted that the Labour Party had sometimes been actively hostile to the white natives. In particular, they tended to view white working-class voters as “an obstacle to progress.”

To my knowledge, these shocking revelations of a Western government virtually launching a full-front attack to crush its own people have so far not caused a single word of protest from political leaders or mass media in any other Western country, although these acts could be construed as a policy of state-sponsored ethnic cleansing targeting the white majority population. In my country’s mass media, these public admissions from Neather were hardly mentioned at all, although journalists never miss an opportunity to warn against the dangerous tide of “white racism and xenophobia” that is supposedly sweeping the Western world today.

I have since come to suspect that the reason for this shameful silence is that the authorities in all Western countries without exception themselves follow similar, deliberate policies of dispossessing Europeans and therefore see nothing wrong in what the British government did.

Preparing for Ragnarok

I believe that the European Union will disintegrate within the coming generation, that the USA in its present form will not survive his century and that we will be facing a full structural, political, ideological and economic crisis within the coming generation followed by serious social and ethnic strife. While the twentieth century was the bloodiest century in human history so far, I fear that the twenty-first century will eventually surpass it, if for no other reason than the world is much more populous than it was in 1914 or 1939.

"Entitlements are Medicaid, Not Medicare"

Steyn on America
TUESDAY, 17 MAY 2011
HAPPY WARRIORfrom National Review
I like to think that upon arrival in this great republic I assimilated pretty quickly. Within four or five months, I was saying “zee” and driving on the right more often than not. But it took me longer to get the hang of the word “entitlement.” You don’t hear it in political discussions in most of the rest of the West, even in Canada. There’s talk of “social programs” and “benefits” and “welfare,” but not of “entitlements.” I knew the term only in its psychological use — “sense of entitlement” — in discussions of narcissistic personality disorder and whatnot.

The Great Error of Israeli Normalization

Israel has celebrated its 63rd independence day, but it is a hollow celebration in a country that is less independent than it has been in decades. Rather than working within regional and global realities, its leaders instead fanatically pursue normalization and stabilization. But normalcy and stability are illusions in the Middle East, as the past few months have reminded us.

Pursuing stability with unstable regimes is doomed from the start. Normalization relies on peace achieved through agreements with Arab leaders. But such agreements are always hostage to the corruption of the Arab governments and their desperate need for bigoted populism. Even an agreement with the relatively stable Egypt was not able to outlast a single government. The less stable Palestinian Authority breaks agreements as soon as it signs them."
