You know, not too many years ago, when I saw anyone carrying a sign that said "The End is Near" or "Doomsday is Here" I would automatically assign them to the tinfoil hat crowd. Now the ones who earn that status with me are the ones who say "Oh it could never happen in America", or "Im not worried my government will protect me". I have to agree with John Galt here, it is already too late to reverse the course no matter who is elected. We just have to prepare for what is coming and stay the course long enough to help rebuild America back into the Constitutional Republic it was originally founded as.
I thought the news media was just supposed to report the news, not stir up feces and get an instructor's license revoked by the Texas Dept. of Justice. Mr. Keller, one way to deal with this is just retract your ad, let them in the class and find a reason to flunk them. You are after all certifying that in your opinion they have the judgement, moral maturity, ability and legal knowledge to lawfully carry a concealed handgun. What if one Iranian you train turns out to be one of the hundreds of Revolutionary Guard operatives Iran has in the US waiting for the signal to launch attacks on US citizens?

Here is a freebe for my followers; http://www.amazon.com/Enemies-Foreign-Domestic-Trilogy-ebook/dp/B004JF4L98/ref=sr_1_3?s=digital-text&ie=UTF8&qid=1330117950&sr=1-3 You can read it free on Kindle during Operation #EFAD "Before a standing army can rule, the people must be disarmed, as they are in almost every country in Europe. The supreme power in America cannot enforce unjust laws by the sword, because the whole body of the people are armed and constitute a force superior to any band of regular troops that can be, on any pretense, raised in the United States." -Noah Webster 1787. An examination into the Leading Principle of the Federal Constitution. This book is written by former Navy SEAL Matthew Bracken and is well worth the time spent reading it.
Holy Cow, a state legislature is taking proactive steps and trying to decide what they will do when TSHTF happens. Im shocked I tell you. http://therealrevo.com/blog/?p=67982 CHEYENNE — State representatives on Friday advanced legislation to launch a study into what Wyoming should do in the event of a complete economic or political collapse in the United States. House Bill 85 passed on first reading by a voice vote. It would create a state-run government continuity task force, which would study and prepare Wyoming for potential catastrophes, from disruptions in food and energy supplies to a complete meltdown of the federal government. The task force would look at the feasibility of Wyoming issuing its own alternative currency, if needed. And House members approved an amendment Friday by state Rep. Kermit Brown, R-Laramie, to have the task force also examine conditions under which Wyoming would need to implement its own military draft, raise a standing army, and acquire strike aircraft and an aircraft carrier. … Several House members spoke in favor of the legislation, saying there was no harm in preparing for the worst. “I don’t think there’s anyone in this room today what would come up here and say that this country is in good shape, that the world is stable and in good shape — because that is clearly not the case,” state Rep. Lorraine Quarberg, R-Thermopolis, said. “To put your head in the sand and think that nothing bad’s going to happen, and that we have no obligation to the citizens of the state of Wyoming to at least have the discussion, is not healthy.”

The American Revolution of 2012 This article by Fay Voshell at American Thinker is a must read for any constitutional conservative. It very plainly and succinctly explains why we find ourselves at the threshold of another war between the states and now including conservative capitalist versus socialist liberals.

Although unknown to most of the world, there are many Bedouin Muslims who are loyal to the State of Israel and proudly serve in the Israeli Defense Forces. In fact, there are thousands of Muslim Bedouin who serve in the IDF, and even bear arms against their fellow Muslims in the West Bank and Gaza. They do so although it is not compulsory for them to serve in the Israeli military, as it is for most Israeli Jews. Israel’s Bedouin are a Muslim, Arabic-speaking group. Although these formerly nomadic people were once considered part of the Palestinian nation, most of them are now proud to call themselves Israelis. Co-operation between Jews and Bedouin began before the establishment of the Israeli state in 1948. In 1946, tribal leader Abu Yusuf al-Heib sent more than 60 of his men to fight alongside Zionist forces against their Arab neighbours in Galilee. “I will do whatever is required from me to do the job with the full faith in the service of the Israeli state,” asserts Maj Fehd Fallah, a Bedouin from the village of Saad in the Israeli occupied Golan. He is happy to perform his duty, whoever he may have to fight against. Falah says, ”Israeli Muslims who don’t serve in the IDF should be ashamed for not serving their country.” More than 60 years on, Maj Fallah’s devotion to the Jewish state was unequivocal. He even refused to be interviewed by me in Arabic, insisting: “I have better command of Hebrew.” Military service is a family tradition in many Bedouin villages, especially those located in the north of Israel.
